Refund policy
We are happy to issue refunds on items you are not satisfied with. However, instead of asking you to ship us back the item, we ask that you donate the item to a local organization (see below). Please follow these steps so we can process your refund as quickly as possible:
- Donate game to local organization (library, game store, school, club, etc). If you have doubts on what qualifies, please ask us!

- Proof of donation (receipt, letter, photo, etc).
- Order number
Also note:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Greater Than Games will only issue refunds on items after receiving proof of donation (receipt, letter, photo, etc).
- Greater Than Games will only issue refunds on the product cost; the shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Greater Than Games does not accept returns on digital products.
